1.Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between FetanOps (“FetanOps”, “we”, “us”) and the business or person that creates a FetanOps workspace (“you”). By creating an account or using FetanOps, you accept these Terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these Terms.
2.The service
FetanOps is web-based software for marketing agencies. It helps you manage clients, campaigns, tasks, time, creative work and knowledge, connect advertising and business tools, and see figures such as cost-to-serve, margin, client health and performance. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we remove a feature that is central to your paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
3.Accounts and your team
- FetanOps is for business use. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for everyone you invite to your workspace, for the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in details secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- Tell us promptly at hello@fetanops.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Each organisation may hold one free trial. We may limit or decline sign-ups that appear to repeat trials or misuse the service.
4.Trial, plans and billing
- Trial. New workspaces start with a 14-day trial with the limits shown on the pricing page. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to the free level until you choose a plan; your data is kept.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, per workspace, in US dollars, at the price shown when you subscribe. Plan limits (such as active clients, team members, integration platforms and storage) and add-ons apply as described on the pricing and billing pages. AI questions are unlimited on every plan. Changes to a plan or add-on take effect only when you confirm them, and the price difference is charged at that time.
- Payment provider. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase and handles applicable sales taxes. Its terms apply to the payment itself.
- Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may move the workspace to a lower plan after a short grace period. Your data is not deleted because of a failed payment.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change for an existing subscription. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.
5.Your data
You own the information you and your team put into FetanOps and the data that comes from accounts you connect (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to put Your Data into FetanOps, including permission from your clients to connect their advertising, analytics and business accounts and to store information about them.
You can export or delete Your Data, and you can ask us to delete your workspace, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6.Connected tools
FetanOps connects to services run by other companies, such as Meta, Google, Shopify, HubSpot, Asana, ClickUp, Toggl and Slack. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, for changes to their APIs, or for the accuracy of the data they provide, although we will work to keep connections running.
FetanOps reads data from connected accounts. It does not change anything in an advertising account unless a person in your workspace approves that action in FetanOps.
7.AI features and calculated figures
AI answers are produced automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them. Actions the assistant suggests are carried out only after a person in your workspace approves them.
Figures such as cost-to-serve, margin, client health and forecasts are calculated from the data and settings you provide, such as labor rates, hours and overhead. They are management information to support your decisions, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.
8.Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to let others:
- break the law or the rights of others, or use FetanOps to send spam;
- upload malicious code or try to gain access to accounts, workspaces or systems that are not yours;
- connect accounts you are not authorised to access;
- interfere with the service, overload it, or get around plan limits or security controls;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer FetanOps, or use it to build a competing product;
- use data from connected platforms in ways their terms do not allow.
9.Our property and feedback
FetanOps, including its software, design and content, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer ownership. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
10.Confidentiality
Each side will protect the other’s non-public business information that it receives through FetanOps with reasonable care, use it only for the purposes of these Terms, and share it only with people who need it for those purposes and are bound by similar duties, unless the law requires disclosure.
11.Availability and support
We work to keep FetanOps available and secure, and we may carry out maintenance from time to time. Support is provided by email at hello@fetanops.com. Service levels and dedicated support are available only where agreed in writing, for example on the Scale plan.
12.Suspension and termination
You can stop using FetanOps and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if payment remains unpaid after notice, or if needed to protect the service, other users or the law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first and a chance to fix the problem.
After an account closes, you can ask for an export of Your Data for 30 days. After that we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.Disclaimers
Except as stated in these Terms, FetanOps is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
14.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from these Terms or the service.
Our total liability for all claims relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for FetanOps in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15.Responsibility for claims
You will defend and compensate FetanOps against claims by third parties, including your clients, that arise from Your Data, from accounts you connect without proper authorisation, or from your breach of these Terms.
16.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, tell workspace owners by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect. If you continue to use FetanOps after that, the new Terms apply.
17.General
These Terms are the whole agreement between us about FetanOps and replace earlier discussions. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
