1.Who we are

FetanOps (“FetanOps”, “we”, “us”) provides software that helps marketing agencies run client delivery and understand the profitability and health of each client relationship. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit fetanops.com or use the FetanOps application, why we handle it, and the choices you have.

Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@fetanops.com.

2.Our role and yours

Account information. For the details you give us to create and manage your account (such as your name, email address and billing details), FetanOps decides how that information is used and is responsible for it.

Workspace content. Agencies use FetanOps to store and analyse information about their own business and their clients: client records, tasks, time, costs, documents and data from connected advertising, analytics and business tools. For this content, the agency that owns the workspace decides what is stored and why, and FetanOps processes it on the agency’s behalf and on its instructions. If you are a client of an agency that uses FetanOps, please contact that agency first about your information.

3.Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: name, work email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), workspace name, role, and two-factor authentication settings.
  • Workspace content: clients, contacts, retainers, campaigns, tasks, comments, time entries, labor rates, overhead costs, creative briefs and files, knowledge documents, reports and settings that you or your team enter or upload.
  • Messages to us: what you send when you contact us, request access or ask for support.

Information from tools you connect

When a workspace owner or administrator connects a third-party account, FetanOps receives an access token for that account and reads only what the feature needs:

Connected toolWhat FetanOps reads
Meta AdsAd accounts, campaigns, and daily performance figures such as spend, impressions, clicks, results, purchase value and account currency.
Google AdsCustomer accounts, campaigns, and daily performance figures such as cost, clicks, conversions and account currency.
Google Analytics 4The list of properties you can access, and daily reports such as sessions, users, key events and revenue for the property you choose.
ShopifyOrders and revenue totals for the store you connect.
HubSpotCompanies and deals, so they can be matched to clients.
Asana and ClickUpWorkspaces, projects or lists, and tasks with their due dates and assignees.
Toggl TrackTime entries and the projects or clients they belong to.
SlackPermission to post FetanOps alerts to the channel you choose. FetanOps does not read your Slack messages.

FetanOps reads this data to show it inside your workspace. It does not create, change, pause or delete anything in your advertising accounts unless a person in your workspace explicitly approves that action in FetanOps.

Information collected automatically

  • Security and usage records: IP address, browser type, sign-in times, and an audit history of actions taken in the workspace, used to keep accounts secure and to show your team who changed what.
  • Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Billing information

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. FetanOps does not receive or store full card numbers. We receive the subscription status, plan, renewal date, and the card brand and last four digits so we can show them on your billing page.

4.How we use information

  • To provide FetanOps: storing your workspace, syncing connected accounts, and calculating figures such as cost-to-serve, margin, client health and performance.
  • To answer questions in the AI assistant and to read documents you upload, using your own workspace data.
  • To send service emails: account verification, password resets, team invitations, client reports you schedule, alerts and billing notices.
  • To keep the service secure: detecting abuse, preventing fraud and repeated free trials, and investigating incidents.
  • To manage subscriptions, trials and plan limits.
  • To provide support and to improve FetanOps using aggregated information that does not identify you or your clients.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use workspace content or data from connected accounts for advertising, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

5.Data from Google

FetanOps’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular, data received from Google Ads and Google Analytics:

  • is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features of FetanOps that the workspace has chosen to use, such as campaign performance, analytics, reports and margin calculations;
  • is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users;
  • is not used or transferred for serving advertisements, for credit-worthiness or lending decisions, or to build or improve general artificial intelligence models;
  • is not read by people at FetanOps unless the workspace gives us permission (for example, for support), it is necessary for security or to investigate abuse, it is required by law, or it has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture only to create and identify your account.

6.Data from Meta

Data received through Meta’s Marketing API is used only to show advertising performance and costs inside the workspace that connected the ad account. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or combine it with data from other workspaces. Access is limited to members of that workspace according to their role.

A workspace can stop FetanOps’ access at any time by disconnecting Meta on the Integrations page or by removing FetanOps under Business Integrations in Facebook settings. To have data that came from Meta deleted, follow the steps in Delete your data.

7.Artificial intelligence features

When you use the AI assistant, ask for a summary, or upload a document for FetanOps to read, the relevant part of your workspace data is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI, directly or through OpenRouter) to produce the answer. These providers process the data under API terms that do not allow them to use it to train their models. Answers are saved in your workspace so your team can refer to them.

AI answers can be wrong. Any change the assistant suggests waits for a person in your workspace to approve it.

8.Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run FetanOps, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

ProviderPurpose
RailwayApplication servers and database hosting
VercelWebsite and application front end hosting
CloudflareStorage of files you upload
ResendSending service emails, and receiving emails sent to your capture address
OpenAI, OpenRouterAI answers and document reading
Dodo PaymentsPayment processing, subscriptions, invoices and sales tax
exchangerate.hostCurrency exchange rates (no personal information is sent)

We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety and security of FetanOps, our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

9.How we protect information

  • All traffic to FetanOps is encrypted in transit with HTTPS.
  • Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never shown back in the application.
  • Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
  • Every request is checked against the workspace it belongs to, so one workspace cannot read another’s data.
  • Workspaces control access with roles and permissions, and every user can turn on two-factor authentication.
  • Changes are recorded in an audit history that the application does not allow anyone to edit or delete.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you without undue delay and as required by law.

10.How long we keep information

  • Workspace content and synced data are kept while the workspace is active, so your history and trends stay available. You can delete individual records at any time.
  • Connected account tokens are revoked and deleted when you disconnect the integration.
  • Emails received at your capture address are kept for up to 90 days, after which their content is removed.
  • After a deletion request or account closure, we delete the workspace and its data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records (such as billing records) to meet legal obligations. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

11.Delete your data

You can remove data at three levels:

  1. Stop a connection: in FetanOps, open Integrations and choose Disconnect on the tool. For Meta you can also remove FetanOps in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations, and for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions. FetanOps stops syncing immediately and deletes the stored token.
  2. Delete data that came from a connected tool: email hello@fetanops.com with the subject “Data deletion request”, your workspace name and the tool (for example, Meta Ads). We will delete that data and confirm by email within 30 days.
  3. Delete the whole account: a workspace owner or administrator can go to Settings → Privacy & Legal → Request account deletion, or email us. We confirm the request, then delete the workspace and all its data within 30 days.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request, to protect your data from others.

12.Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR, and United States state privacy laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for using these rights.

To use any of these rights, email hello@fetanops.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

13.International transfers

Our service providers store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by our providers.

14.Children

FetanOps is a business service for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

15.Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell workspace owners by email or in the application before it takes effect.

16.Contact

For privacy questions or requests, email hello@fetanops.com or use the contact page.
